Business understanding shapes the work.
AI decisions affect how people work, how information is used and where a business invests. Our approach begins with those considerations and carries them through implementation.
Meet Eric Jones
I've spent my career owning businesses and working across business development, marketing, technology and real estate. I'm a U.S. Marine veteran based in Phoenix.
I start by understanding the business: what you want to accomplish, where work slows down and what your team needs. That gives us a basis for deciding where AI fits and what an engagement should deliver.
How we work
The scope depends on where you are starting. These stages describe the path from an initial assessment through implementation and adoption.
Understand the priority
Talk with leadership and the people involved in the work. Establish the problem, its business impact and the constraints a solution must respect.
What you receive: A written problem statement, intended outcome and agreed basis for evaluating progress.
Assess the options
Review the process, available information and existing systems. Compare possible approaches, including changes that may not require AI.
What you receive: A prioritized recommendation with the assumptions, requirements and tradeoffs explained.
Define the work
Agree the scope, responsibilities, schedule, cost and conditions for acceptance. Identify the access, information and team involvement required.
What you receive: A roadmap or implementation scope you can use to make the next decision. Advisory work can conclude at this stage.
Implement and test
Develop the agreed solution and test it against representative work. Review failures, exceptions and the situations that require a person to take over.
What you receive: A working solution within the agreed scope, documented test findings and any limitations to address before broader use.
Prepare for everyday use
Walk through the work with the people responsible for it. Establish ownership, operating guidance and how questions or problems will be handled.
What you receive: A handover, guidance for your team and an agreed support arrangement where needed.
A clear basis for working together
We define the work before implementation begins. Recommendations account for your existing systems and the people who will use them. Expectations, limitations and responsibilities remain part of the conversation throughout the engagement.
